Firstly, from The 2012 AWC Vienna International Wine Show; Serafino Shiraz 2010 - GOLD Medal Serafino BDX 2010 - GOLD Medal Serafino GSM 2010 - Seal of approval 11,514 wines were entered in Vienna from 1,760 producers around the world. Toolangi have just released a cracking new white called Emanai, a blend of chardonnay and viognier, from their Dixon's Creek vineyard.
Co-fermented and aged in French oak for three months, this wine has a lovely line of acid and beautiful lively fruit flavours punching through. You going to love this one.. retail for approx $20. Our first event started at the Story Bridge with the Cow versus Goat.. Head brewers OJ from Moo Brew Tasmania taking on his old friend Dave from Mountain Goat. The evening was spent trying various beers with a degustation menu. |
